Audit Logs
Who changed which setting, when, and what they saved.

1What the audit log records
Every change made through the Settings page is written to the audit log: which page it was made on, what was sent, by whom and when. It’s the answer to “who turned that off?” — and in an Enterprise, “which location changed it?”.
2Reading it
Settings → Audit Logs shows a table with these columns:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Date | When the change was made. |
| Account | Which account it was made in (Enterprise views include sub-accounts). |
| Changed By | The user who made it. |
| Page Name | The Settings tab involved. |
| Method and Requested URL | The technical call that saved the change — useful when support asks. |
| Payload | View opens the exact values that were saved. |
Use the search box to find a page or user, and in an Enterprise pick one or more sub-accounts to narrow the list. The log is available to Admin users and account owners.
3Troubleshooting
A change I know happened isn’t listed
The audit log covers Settings. Changes to contacts, plans and templates are recorded in their own places — a contact’s history, for example.
