Notifications, calendar, announcements and tasks — on top of whatever page you’re working on.

1What it is
The icons in the top-right corner open the right-side panel — a slide-out that shows what needs your attention without taking you off the page you’re working on.
2What’s in it
| Icon | Shows |

| Notifications | New leads, missed actions, failed sends and anything else your notification settings cover. See Notifications. |
| Calendar | What’s coming up for you today and next. See Calendars. |
| Announcements | Notices from ClientTether and from your own account owner. See Announcements. |
| Tasks | Your open tasks, filterable by status, when the Task Management add-on is on. What each entry shows is set in Settings → Task Setting. See Tasks. |
It’s a working surface, not just a list
You can act on most entries in place — open the contact behind a notification, jump to a task, mark an announcement as read — and carry on with whatever page you had open.
3Troubleshooting
I don’t have a task icon
The Task Management add-on isn’t enabled on the account.
Notifications are empty but things are happening
Your notification settings decide what appears. See Notifications.
