1Prospects from ClubReady

ClubReady runs membership and prospect management for fitness businesses. The integration imports its prospects into ClientTether as contacts, so follow-up automation can work them.

2Mapping prospects to contacts

On Settings → ClubReady Integration, build the incoming lead mapping: for each ClubReady Prospect Type, choose the ClientTether contact type, lead source and action plan the contact should get. Getting the plan right here is the whole point — it’s what makes a new prospect get contacted automatically.

The tab shows the Last Import Date, and a separate ClubReady Update Integration section handles updates to prospects that already came across.

Unmapped prospect types are invisible

A prospect type with no mapping doesn’t fail loudly — it just doesn’t produce a contact. When ClubReady adds a type, add the mapping.

3Troubleshooting

Prospects stopped importing

Check the last import date and that the credentials are still valid.

Imported contacts get no follow-up

The mapping for that prospect type has no action plan set.
