1What add-ons are

ClientTether ships with a core, and everything else is an add-on you switch on when you need it. Settings → Add-Ons is the list. Tick a box and the feature turns on; most add-ons then bring their own tab into Settings where you configure them.

Which add-ons you can see depends on your account — some are premium, some carry a monthly cost, and a few exist only for specific franchise networks. If something described in the docs isn’t in your list, your Success Manager is the person to ask.

Turning one on can cost money

Several add-ons are premium, and a few (payment gateways, telephony campaigns) carry per-transaction or per-month fees set by third parties. Check with your account manager before switching on anything you haven’t priced.

3After you switch one on

Most add-ons add a Settings tab — that’s where credentials, mappings and options live. A few are configured on the Add-Ons tab itself. Nothing happens until you finish that configuration; the tick box only makes the feature available.

4Troubleshooting

I ticked the box but nothing changed

Reload the page and look for the new Settings tab — that’s where the setup is. Some add-ons also need a user level of Admin or above to configure.

An add-on I need isn’t listed
