Import Queue

Overview

The Import Queue page can be found under the Hello “Your Name” Menu that you would use to access your account settings.

It gives a status update on all imports that have taken place in the past 30 days.

This table is organized by:

  • Date
    • which will list the date and time of the import
  • Type
    • Import Clients
      • Did not check “Click if import have more than 1000 records” in the import.
    • Big Import Clients
      • Checked “Click if import have more than 1000 records” in the import.
  • Status
    • Successfully Processed
      • The import was successfully processed
    • Import Failed
      • There was an issue with the import and it did not go through.
    • Waiting for Process
      • The import is currently being processed
  • View Parameter
    • Lists how many contacts were in import
    • File that was imported
    • Action Plan ID
    • User ID
