Hosted Pages
Public lead forms, schedulers, signature pages and chatbots that ClientTether hosts for you — create them in Settings, link to them anywhere, and let submissions land in the CRM.

1What a hosted page is
A hosted page is a public web page that ClientTether serves for you — a lead form, an online scheduler, a signature page, a chatbot. You don’t host anything: you create the page in Settings, ClientTether gives it a URL, and you link to it from your website, your emails and your texts. Anything submitted on the page lands directly in the CRM.
Most hosted pages work two ways: for a known contact (the link carries who they are, so the page is pre-filled and the result attaches to their record) and for someone new (a blank page that creates the contact).
Link to hosted pages — don’t iframe them
For security reasons a hosted page can’t be embedded in an iframe on your own site. Link to it, or put the link behind a button.

| Online Schedule and New Meeting Schedule | Self-service booking. You set the users whose calendars are offered, appointment length, advance notice, wrap-up time, available days and times of day, the office address, the meeting name and link, and which appointment-invite template and email template go out. Bookings become calendar events on the chosen user. See Calendars. |
| CT-Sign and CT-Sign Block Editor | A document the contact signs online. The Block Editor version is built from blocks like a template. |

3Creating, editing and deleting
- Go to Settings → Hosted Pages and click Add New.
- Give the page a unique Name and a unique Page Slug — the slug is the last part of the URL and the value you’ll use in tokens, so keep it short and stable.
- Pick the Type; the form changes to show that type’s options (lead source, sales cycle, action plan, users, colours, and so on).
- Save. The list shows the page’s URL, ready to copy.
Each page in the list has Edit, Duplicate and Delete controls. Duplicating is the fastest way to make a variant — the same form with a different lead source, say.
4Using and sharing pages
Put the URL on your website or in a campaign, or reference the page from a template with the hosted-page token — {{hostedpage.your-slug}} — so every email or text carries a link personalised to the contact (see Tokens). Scheduling pages can also be offered when creating an event from a contact profile.
In an Enterprise account, Share to Subaccount gives a sub-account the page to use. The sub-account can’t edit it — editing rights stay with the account that created it.
5Troubleshooting
Submissions aren’t creating contacts
Open the page in Settings and check the lead source, contact type and sales cycle are still set, and that the page is the one your website actually links to.
The page shows blank inside my website
It’s in an iframe. Replace the embed with a link.
A sub-account can’t edit a shared page
That’s by design. Edit it in the account that created it, or duplicate it there and share the copy.
